Westfield Employee – Personal Use Tee Time Privileges

• Requests can be made up to one week in advance.
• Personal use tee time are available starting at 2:00pm Tuesday-Sunday.
• Employees may host up to 3 guests, who would also qualify for the employee rate.
• Caddies:
  • Caddies are available from May 1 through September 30.
  • Caddies are not required, but a forecaddie is recommended when you are entertaining guests.
• The employee making the tee time is required to play with the group.
  • Tee times without an employee host will be considered unaccompanied.
  • Unaccompanied tee times are subject to the higher rate and caddies are always required. 
• Employees must check into the Golf Shop prior to the round. All golf fees must be paid via credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a tee time for any reason, please email the cancelation to TeeTimes@westfieldgrp.com. If a tee time is not canceled and is not used, this will be considered a “no show”. Employees with “no show” tee times may lose personal use tee time privileges.

If you need to cancel a caddie reservation, please email the caddie master directly at williamellison64@gmail.com.

• Cancelations received within 24 hours of the scheduled tee time will be charged $60 per caddie.
• A caddie “no show” will be charged $200 per caddie.

2024 Westfield Employee Personal Use Golf Rates

Tuesday - Sunday

• 2pm-4pm: $65
• After 4pm: $40
• Unaccompanied: $175

Cart Fees

• 18-holes: $33
• 9-holes: $18

Rates are per person and do not include applicable taxes.

Caddie  Fees

• Walking - Caddie: $45
• Riding - Forecaddie: $25

Rates are per bag and do not include gratuity.

Other Fees

• Rental Clubs: $80

Rates do not include applicable taxes.
